Subscription Terms

TimeSwitch is a professional time-tracking service provided by Lightning Fields. The current product includes the hosted tracker and the companion apps identified as available on the pricing and download pages.

You remain responsible for reviewing time entries, rates, reports, exports, and invoices before relying on them for billing or accounting.

A valid subscription is required to use timer mutation controls. The selected plan, price, currency, trial if offered, taxes, and first billing date are displayed during Stripe checkout and control the purchase.

One subscription covers one TimeSwitch account. You are responsible for access to the email address used for sign-in and for activity performed through your authenticated account.

Stripe processes payment details and recurring charges. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless canceled in accordance with the options shown in the Stripe customer portal.

Prices may change for a future billing period. Where required, we will provide notice before the change applies. Taxes may be added or calculated by Stripe as shown before payment.

When a trial is offered, its duration and billing date are shown at checkout. Eligibility may be limited to one trial per account or email identity.

You can open Stripe's customer portal from the billing status control after signing in to review the plan and available cancellation options. Cancellation and service access follow the effective dates shown by Stripe and the synchronized subscription status.

For billing errors or refund questions, contact timeswitchsupport@lightning-fields.com. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users or infrastructure, upload unlawful content, or use TimeSwitch in a way that violates applicable law.

We work to keep TimeSwitch available and synchronized, but offline operation, networks, operating systems, app stores, and third-party providers can delay or interrupt service. Keep appropriate records for business-critical billing.

We may update the service and these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
