Switch workstreams in one action
Selecting another customer ends the current session and begins the next at one shared timestamp. A customer record can represent a client, project, matter, case, or internal category, so you do not need to stop and restart while the work is already moving.
Keep the working context attached
Each completed session keeps its customer, description, duration, hourly rate, and currency context. Later rate changes do not rewrite the commercial context of earlier work, and zero-rate work remains useful for internal reporting.
Correct the record without losing it
Session history supports manual entries and corrections when real work does not fit a perfect stopwatch workflow. Reports and CSV export then use the corrected record.
