Card details are collected and stored by Stripe. TimeSwitch does not receive your full card number. Taxes, when applicable, are shown by Stripe before payment.

Subscription questions

Does the trial apply to both plans?

When a trial is displayed above, eligible new accounts receive that trial with either monthly or annual billing. Stripe shows the billing date before you confirm.

How do I cancel or change billing?

Open the billing status control after signing in to reach Stripe's customer portal. There you can review the current plan and available cancellation options.

What happens when access ends?

Timer mutation controls are locked when the synchronized subscription status no longer grants access. Your account data is handled under our retention and deletion policy.

Can I use TimeSwitch inside an organization?

Yes, for your own time record. The current subscription covers one individual account, which can export records into an existing billing, project, or reporting workflow. Shared workspaces, manager approvals, and consolidated organization reporting are not current features.
